If I could wish upon a star.

Just as blue and immense

your eyes are.

Feels like the ocean,

unknown and deep.

So many secrets they keep,

just like me while I sleep.

I would dive into their bigness without

getting scared or lost,

only the curiosity allows me to move and breathe.

And how dazzled I am to swim in your waters while I see the night sky!

The stars all shine, and they stay to remind me why.

Just like the Universe,

so are you mysterious,

and even though I navigate

without being sure how far I might be from you and your lands,

still I go,

even though most of the time I can’t see.

Still I go,

and always will,

just as long as that star will shine bright for me…
